A VEGAN MENU BY RAVINDER BHOGAL
Calling all Foodies!
Dynamic London chef, Ravinder Bhogal, has devised her first all-Vegan menu as part of the second installation of the W Dining Series. With lip-smacking flavours influenced by her heritage and travels, the new menu will appeal to both Vegans and omnivores alike.
Using the most natural ingredients, the menu showcases delicious plates such as Besan Fritters, Coconut Yoghurt and Curry Leaf, and sweets such as Rose, Coconut and Cardamom Doughnuts. Already favourited by some of the capitals top food critics and gastro-devotees, it’s topped Harpers Bazaar’s list of 7 of the best Vegan Restaurants in London and Condé Nast Traveller have included it in their feature of London’s Best Pop-Up Restaurants and Bars.
Bhogal rose to fame when she was named by Gordon Ramsay as his new Fanny Craddock, on The F Word, thereafter opening her first restaurant, JIKONI, to a rapturous reception. She was also named as one of London’s 100 Tastemakers in Food & Drink, as part of the Evening Standard’s Progress 1000 list of London’s most influential people.
Diners will have the option to complement the menu with a Vegan cocktail reflecting the unique flavour and spice combinations of the dishes, as well as two Vegan wines.
Ravinder’s menu will be available until the end of June 2018.
Monday – Sunday, from 6 pm to 11 pm.
