Can we book a private event at The Perception?
Yes. We’d love to host you. From our intimate Pillow Talk booth to the full W Lounge, we offer spaces for any occasion. To personalize your celebration, please contact our Events team via our Private Events page or by emailing wlondon.events@marriott.com.

Can we bring our own cake for a celebration at The Perception?
Yes! Guests are welcome to bring their own cake for special occasions. Please note that a service charge applies for cutting and serving, and a food indemnity form must be signed in advance.

Do I need to show an ID to come in?
You may be required to show a valid physical ID if you're entering after 9 PM. We also operate a Challenge 25 policy, so if you appear to be under 25, you'll be asked to present an ID when ordering alcoholic beverages. All IDs must be physical (photos or photocopies are not accepted).

What’s the dress code?
